Yamaha K-320 Cassette Deck

I just acquired this Yamaha K-320 from Goodwill for $10. It seems to be in good condition, and includes level meters. I mostly just listen to vinyl, so I was wondering if it’s possible to have the level meters on the cassette deck work while I listen to records? Sorry to ask, but I wasn’t able to find a user manual online!

Yeah , pop a tape in and hit the record buttons with the pause button so no actual recording happens. then the level meters will dance with the music .
