Add five hundred bones!

The price in the CL posting is Fifteen hundred!!
I'd be tempted to sell mine for that.

if you click on the ad, it says $1,000.

BTW, the only way i sell my NS-1000M for $1,500 is if i have a line on some NS-2000 or FX-3 for $1,500 :-)

if not, i just sold my beloved speakers and would replace them with what? my point being i think NS-1000M and a good sub crap on anything in the $1,500 range. new or used ;-)

see ya,
Robby

He or She dropped the price, it was $1500 yesterday when I saw the listing and Gene you must of saw it at that price also.

ReEdger, i take it your name is Gene?

Well, ok he changed his ad.

Darn, I was hoping someone here on AK would say that $1500 is a steal and a frenzy would start.
At that point, NS1000 prices would head to the stars. Higher and higher the prices go. I wait until the prices get high enough for me to retire from teaching!
Wouldn't that be great? Well, maybe not....

Yes Robby, Gene is me. Get ahold of me sometime.

Currently, I am running the NS1000's with a Spec-2 and Spec-1. I had them running in the house with a CR-3020.
After the Spec combo, I am going to pair it up with a CA-2010. I'll keep playing around until I find the magic combo!

I reedged a pair of NS2000's for a guy a few years ago. I wonder if he still has them...:scratch2:

I wonder if he would sell them? :scratch2:

I wonder if I can find his phone number? :D

I WANT THEM! LOL!

so, are you using the 1000M or the 1000? i'd dig hearing your system sometime.

i'm using my M's with McIntosh MC60 monoblocks and a REL Q100 sub. tubes sound SMOOOTH on the yammies.

Robby
