Yamaha PC5002M Amp on the Bay! 3 of them!

Very tempting. That is an ultra-rare and esoteric 101M lurking inside. Check out the square wave reproduction traces in the manual, they are near perfect.

Just to be clear, the seller is offering them for $1000 each or offer, and there are 3 available.

Sadly, there is apparently some cosmetic damage to the front panels as noted on the pics. Wonder how and where he latched on to these, and whether he needs a good Osteopath to work on his injured back if he tried to move them?

If only I was bold and $$$ enough to pull the trigger on a couple of these. Would love to see a McIntosh enthusiast try these against his or any other big buck amp.

Woah, working condition for $1000??

Wow, that's really pretty awesome for those who can afford it...

... Anyone here looking for one?

Yip already burning for them, shipping and the melting is :scratch2:. Hopefully there is one of these 3 in Europe soon :music:, the PC2002Ms and 4002M feeling small already. Anyone has a SM here?

Too bad they're so beat up. Anyone ask for pics of the other two?

I'd actually prefer to see one parted out, I could use a main amp board since I still haven't found the noisemaker in mine.

I have a poorly scanned copy of the SM. I have a nice SM hardcopy here, just haven't found time to rescan it.

Pics should apear this afternoon. It's pretty hard not to bin, beeing afraid someone grabs at once.

i asked for more pics, the history of the amps, and how he planned to pack them. it's not a trivial matter to ship these under the 150lb ground weight limit.

If I didn't already have one finely recapped PC5002M sitting here, I would be on these cosmetics be damned.

To this day, I still get steamed every time I think about the two cosmetically perfect ones I won on e-bay for $2,200 and the seller reneged.

Wow thats alot of juice! Is there a outlet for the meters? Do they make replacement units?

Perhaps they were used to power up band speakers...hence the beat-up condition. Just a thought.

I think they where in PA environment too. On one of these pictures one can see part of a truss.
But hey, they where made for this and I'm really excited about mine , which was one less damaged of these three. Anyone has an idea what happened to the 3rd?
