Yamaha PF800 Suspension problem

I recently received a Yamaha PF800 that I bought on Ebay. Very nice!

The problem I have is that the suspension is very sensitive and when touched will continue to vibrate for some time. I notice that one of the suspension springs has a foam tube around it, I assume to damp the springs, the other two are missing. Anyone have a suggestion for replacing the foam or some other material that would work??

I know what's missing and I already have the service manual. I'm looking for suggestions for replacing the missing foam tubes.
