yamaha r-700 receiver question

I found a local couple selling a yamaha r-700 receiver a sansui g-3500 and a pair of infinity rs10 bookshelf speakers -

ANY thing to look out for on the yamaha ? good/bad ... i can get all three for 50 bucks pics show al to be as new and they are said to be in 100% perfect functioning condition.

I just dont know much about the yamaha gear . thanks AK memners

Go for it! The R-700 alone is worth that. I have one, and like it.

I haven't heard the R-700 but I have it's little brother R-300 and based on it I'd jump at the offer.
