Yamaha rx-460 questions Vintage?

I found this on the local CL and it looks mint. It is rated at 55 WPC with very low distortion. Now for comparison, I recently pick up a Sansui 4000 that is rated at 45 WPC, but this hoss sounds more like 100WPC and the sound is incredible. I noticed an immediate difference with the Sansui compared to a couple of almost new 100WPC receivers. The Sansui sounded much richer. Now my question is, Will the Yamaha rx-460 have a similar dynamic sound as the Sansui, or will it sound more like run of the mill newer receivers? Thanks for any input you may have.
