Yamaha s 301 enough to power svs Prime towers?

Wondering if a Yamaha s 301 would be enough to power the svs prime towers? 8ohms, recommend amp power is 20-250 watts and the Yamaha reads 60w per channel 8ohms.

Small to medium room, more of a detailed listener that doesn’t necessarily crank to max volume but like to be immersed in music. All vinyl.
Gut tells me it will be fine but want to make sure my guts not wrong.

As long as you don't expect concert level volume out of the Prime Towers, the Yamaha should be ok. But 60 watts isn't much for those speakers. Basic rule, you can never have enough good clean undistorted amplifier power. For those SVS speakers, I'd start at about 150 watts and go from there.

All depends how loud you want to play. Based on your description 60wpc may be all you ever need.
