Yamaha T-1020 station memory

My Yamaha T-1020 has got to the point where it doesn't hold stations in memory for any length of time now and I am presuming there is a capacitor or rechargeable battery involved to power the memory. Does anyone know what is involved and where to source such a thing?

Thanks! I'll pop the top, have a look and order one. It never occurred to me someone had done a thread on it already, but I suppose it should have!

I have the same tuner since new and it developed that problem right away and that was in the 80's but it was fixed right away and is still working like it should
