Yamaha yp-d4 potentio meters?

I have a yp-d4 that I have been working on for a while. I recapped it and cleaned all the pots but the turntable still isn't working correctly. I removed some of the pots out of the circuit and after this it worked fine at 33,3. I also got it to work a few times before after intense cleaning of the pots but these moments didn't last long. I assume they are just defective and I tried to find what pots I would need as replacements but I couldn't find any information on what exact ones I need. I couldn't find it in the service manual nor on the meters themselves. Does anyone know where I can find more information on what exact ones I need to buy ? Thanks!

The main 33 and 45 pots that you adjust from the top of the TT are 500 Ohm according to the wiring diagram of the Service manual. They are called speed controllers.

Then on the power circuit board VR101 and VR 102 are 10k ohm pots . I could not find any adjustment procedures for these two pots.

VR1 and VR 2 are 5k ohm for 33rpm and 45 rpm respectively, and VR3 and VR4 are 20k ohm for hall effect output wave form adjust .

VR5 is 200k ohm for Offset ADJust of the op amp

Its all in the SM schematics.
