Your best recipes when you've VIP guests ( or just for yourselves ... )

@Nikita Typically in restaurants, I would serve it on discs made of ice or even on salt mounds for fine dining or if it's a platter, lined with dry ice on the bottom and crushed salted ice on top. However at home, I don't have that luxury.
