Zane is a great person to deal with. I purchased two Pioneer pieces from him (an integrated and tuner). Each was "overpacked" (securely) in its own box.

UPS didn't deliver on the day that they should have. Before I could send an inquiry (to UPS, or Zane) Zane emailed me wondering what happened.

I would not hesitate to deal with Zane again. In fact, I'll take a really good look at anything he offers for sale on this forum.
