hello everyone, my name is Matt and I am back to listen to records again. took a little hiatus. got a lot of records in the meantime. I purchased a Sony ps3300 turntable from 1976 and I'm looking for some parts or a part so I figured I'd look on here and maybe check out some other stuff while on going about that. it'll be nice to talk to people here. thanks!

Aha! Trace on the pcb going to right channel tape monitor is cracked. Also it is right next to the item that was suggested to check voltages on, no voltage on the 2 legs. Can I just solder a jumper wire to bypass the trace?1000002320.jpg

Yes, Trace it back to a thicker part then solder a flexible jumper wire to make connection.

Then take some epoxy and use it to afix the broken board.

hi there. Saw an old post of yours about a NAD 705 with a tuner problem. I have one with the exact same problem. I have to disconnect the 5V from the tuner board connector to get it to power on. Do you think the LM7000 was the problem with getting the power on? Where did you buy the chip? Any help would be appreciated.

I am working on a Phase Linear 4000 pre amp and it was working but had low level noise now it’s dead no sound and it’s kicking my butt
total recap and original jack’s added as well as all connections repaired
I have signal going to the source sel and not getting it at the volume control I hope someone can help me on where to go next

I've been trying to get my Onkyo TX-8500 to function on both driver boards and I found a quote from you in 2018. Thank you for helping me to know that the right driver board IS the right channel. I've replaced all the components but the right is still not working.

Hi mboxler: the discussion from others in the thread about the Super H, point to you about the back cover plate file that you developed. Any chance I can obtain a copy? Im in the front end of doing a mod to the H2 and was going to hand craft one out of 1/4 MDF since its not very large. Thanks!!

Mike: Here's what they said: Dxf file if you can. If not, sometimes we can convert a pdf or an image as long as we know exact dimensions for every line.

Good morning. I just saw the KA7100 and I'm very interested. I love that Kenwood era, I had KD1030 cassette deck and KD500 turntable for years and thought they were brilliantly designed.
