I know.. its ugly.
But it works GREAT! :-)
Its in an unfinished state... just mocked up for testing.

It IS 1/2 copper water pipe...
Joined/supported with various types of PVC tube and joiners.
Mounted on a RatShack MIC stand ($21.) with clamp style MIC
holder.
Dimensions are: 63 inches from the centerline(lengthwise) of each
tube.
It works AMAZINGLY well btw!!!
I still haven't gotten around to finishing it.. soldering the rest of
it up, cleaning it up, etc... since I haven't wanted to take it out
of service for a cpl of days!
