No difference, different word for the same thingCan anyone explain difference between bi-radial and elliptical? I see in specs LTD500 and LTD400 have bi-radial and LTD200 has elliptical. Although 0,2 x 0,7 is the same elliptical as 0,3 x 0,7 but smaller. In other hand in 2000Z 0,2 x 0,7 described as elliptical. What difference?
This would be normal if it were in different tables. But when it's in the same table, how do we understand it? 0,2 x 0,7 is bi-radial and 0,3 x 0,7 is elliptical? No, there's something different here.No difference, different word for the same thing

Although earlier 2000Z, 2000 e/III with 0,2 x 0,7 were described as simply elliptical. And at the same time 4000's were 0,2 bi-radial. But a year before they were miniature nude diamond with 0,1 mil tracing radius 4-dimensional. (It's enough to drive me crazy... Why did I even go there?)Hmmm, you got me. This goes against Wualta's that "bi-radial" is a cost-saving cut.
Now my guess is that Empire is simply using the "bi-radial" the way some call a 0.2 x 0.7 tip a "hyperelliptical", to differentiate between the larger 0.3mx 0.7 elliptical.
