I read you have a copy of the repair manual for the mcs3260 receiver, it was posted a few years ago so I'm not sure if you still have it, but if you do I really could use a copy for the tuner section. Mine has an issue with the FM Mute circuit,

I have an issue with a TTS-4000 (great job on yours) which is that the platter spins backwards. I replaced all caps, the 12v zener, Q1/2 and D1/2. I have 8.8V on pin 5 of X1 but no output on pin 11. Both inputs 13 and 14 have a noisy and weak signal unless I remove the IC. I suspected the ic itself so I replaced it without change. I posted a reply on the thread itself so don't hesitate to answer on there. Thanks !
