I'll pick them up this weekend. They will go great in the Tiki bar. Cheers.

I love 'em!

If they don't sound too hot, they could make a nice platform for a Parts Express retrofit.

Nice!

Dang, those are hilarious! Instead of a tiki bar, I'm thinking you should go with a whole pirate theme...ship's wheel, capstans and ratlines, hawsers and chains, some cannons...heck, stencil the word "gunpowder" on the speakers! Too funny!

Yo ho, yo ho...

I only give $50.00 for them. One of them, only the tweet is working. There is NOTHING coming out of the midhorn and woof so I figure it must be wiring. But you are right, parts express will get the going if need be. Cheers.

Fantastic! Might not sound all that bad. If they do, then it's nothing a little rum drink won't cure.

I will Star. I talked to the guy selling them and he said the one that works sound GREAT...but how knows what that means. The other problem is that he could not figure out how to open them and he didn't want to damage the wood...good on him!!! I like a good puzzle. Cheers.

Love them! They would be great out on my deck on my outdoor "Baja" bar. When you have them working just send them over...

I'd stand em upright and put a 2x10 across them and you can make people walk de planke at your parties. :D

Better watch out, Bose might seek patent infringement on that direct/reflecting thing going on there with the tweeters. ;)

If you use these outdoors, they will be great! High fidelity is much harder to maintain outdoors, especially with people, party, food, alcohol, dogs barking, women screaming, drunks talking too loud and the neighbor screaming to turn the music down. (Typical Saturday evening at the BajaGringo household)

I like something that can produce music AND be a conversation piece. My only advice is that if you live close to the beach to be sure to have some secure marine covers for them to tie down around the base. The salt air is EXTREMELY corrosive to the speakers and crossovers...

Hi Baja, these will be sitting in a tiki bar in the middle of 80 achers in northn Michigan. But I do plan on buying to BBQ grill covers for them when not in use....but for the most part they will be on of the weather. What looks to be a port on the back is the L-pad for one of the drivers and the RCA connector. Cheers.
