    Best way to remove stripped AR XA motor screws?

    So now that everything is up and running sound wise (thank you all btw), I wanted to do some TLC on the motor. The only issue is that someone must have worked on it before, because both screw heads are stripped to the point where none of my drivers will bite into it and just pop out. Any ideas...
