    2 Decks I need advice.

    The first deck is a Pioneer CT-F8282. I bought this deck from Offer up a couple of years ago and it was not running at all. I cleaned it up and got it to play and it sounds really good. Some issues....it will not FF or REW. Occasionally when playing a tape it just stops.....the take-up part...
