    Dahlquist DQM-9 Not Working

    I came into a set of these DQM-9’s. I hooked them up and nothing. I pulled the fuses and saw something I thought odd looking. There is a copper jumper on it. Could this be why they are not turning on??? Thanks. I’ll post a pic later.
