    Marantz 170 DC Amp has no power on/off how do you properly manage connecting to power?

    Hello, I recently purchased a Marantz 170 DC Amp and have it paired with Marantz 2270 as the preamp. There is no power on/off button on the Amp. The manual says to plug it into the switched AC plug in the back of the Pre Amp (2270) - That works fine, except when I go to turn off the 2270 there...
