    Catch in Garrard 82 arm pivot mechanism

    One step forward, two steps back: I had to rewire a broken tonearm cartridge sled and thread the tiny cable through the arm, which I have done and soldered underneath. But there seems to be a catch when I pivot the arm from the armrest toward the center of the record. You almost have to force it...
