    I am here with a 4240 and faulty P800s. Some output transistors H001 to H004 are dead and I am looking for a replacement part The installed parts are SD315D and available at some Ebay but quite expensive unit price. Any TO 66 equivalent ? Any TO 220 replacement? What reference may I use...

    Is an NTE605a a direct replacement for an SV-3a diode?

    I have a 4070 and the SV-3A temp sensing diode has a broken wire, I am trying to find either a SV 3a that has been harvested or a direct replacement that will fit the bill. Thank you Rich
