I am here with a 4240 and faulty P800s.
Some output transistors H001 to H004 are dead and I am looking for a replacement part
The installed parts are SD315D and available at some Ebay but quite expensive unit price.
Any TO 66 equivalent ?
Any TO 220 replacement?
What reference may I use?
Also, I have one defective diode SV3A (H005 or H006).
May I replace it with two 1N4118 in series?
