    Yamaha CA-1010 Power Meters Problem

    When I turn my Yamaha CA-1010 on or off, the power meters swing up to half scale then down. After that, operation is normal. I know it's a long shot and I have studied the meter board schematic until I want to scream, but can someone please help me solve the problem.
