$2000 Technics SA-2000?

I don't follow monster receiver prices. Are Technics SA-1000s selling forcthis much?

I'd say the SA-1000's go for just under $1,000.
Anything over that is beyond reality.

fFor the record- I'm not knocking the guy. I moved my last vintage receiver out quite a while ago and was just wondering if this pricing was in line.

What are the comparable monster receivers from Sansui and Concept and others bringing in?

And the big Pioneers- I'd imagine they may be the costliest from a collector standpoint?
