The cake arrived safely no thanks to the UPS driver. Checking on its status at 8:30 after having left lights on and the front inner door ajar the tracking said it was left on the front porch at 5:28PM. Now I had been checking the porch and the garage door regularly -0 no parcel. Well after seeing the not I went right outside and found the box sitting in the driveway a good 40 feet from the porch. So I brought it into the garage and went to bed. Checked contents this AM and all is well still had dry ice inside. I blame UPS as much as the driver because anything I have that is coming with UPS always arrives very late in the evening as a rule so they must me doubling up on the size of the routes.
 
The 757 will be well represented tomorrow as I am going to be riding up with 3 first timers to this event. Looking forward to seeing everyone tomorrow!

The post I made earlier was a bit abbreviated in order to quickly get the word out. The real situation....

I had back surgery scheduled earlier in Sept to alleviate a painful condition caused by a pinched nerve. Dad's 95th birthday was on 9-9 and I decided to make a quick trip out (prior to surgery) to Ohio. When I got there I had to let myself into the house. And I found a starving dehydrated father laying on the floor of the family room unable to get up. My 93 year old mother was still asleep.

Looks like there will be plenty of BBQ and looking at Steve’s list not enough to put it on so I will grab some hamburger buns and rolls and probably a couple of other things. See everyone real soon.... traffic permitting!
