2sa545 sub?

Hello forum..I did an extensive search on the forum....I was unable to find a sub for a 2sa545 tr.

here are the specs: Description: 200 mA, 60 V, PNP, Si, SMALL SIGNAL TRANSISTOR, TO-92.

Would a ksa1015 work? Voltage is lower at 50v....

It is for the PS on a Harman 75+......it is also heatsinked.......maybe go with a ksa1220.............?

The KSA is a lower current rating @ 150ma as well.
Other possible options are:
KSA1013
MPS751
PN2907A
KSA708

The Hfe is different among these, but the primary specs are 60 volts and at least 200ma.

One of these types should be available locally in Singapore

Ok...thanks.......I'll try to get some of the above(also for future use). I have some ksa1013's.......should be ok.
