3200 Bass Tone capacitor

The proof of the restoring is in the listening.

I am working on a 3200 and I noticed the right channel doesn't respond to the bass slider. When examining the board I find a ceramic capacitor instead of the green caps:

I am not sure if this is what;s causing the issue but it is a heck of a coincidence.

Anyways - what type of capacitor should be used here?

That cap is not likely to be bad if it has not been abused.
Not abused at all. This is one of the most pristine units I've ever seen. Only thing wrong with it was a tantalum cap that went bad and took off a channel.
