I recently acquired a AU-519 with shorted out puts on one channel for starters.
The originals are 2SA1105/ 2SC2580 TO-3PN package.
Any suggested modern equivalents?

Thanks for the suggestion. Mouser no longer carries them but Digi-Key has them.

I had a look and they had two hundred and something in stock in the Pacific region....

Hmm, I access through the so called Canadian site but everything comes from Texas. Wait my site now shows them in stock. Not sure what happened there.

im in Calgary, i find Digikey much quicker than Mouser! same shipping and typically 2 days wait!

With Mouser if I place the order by early afternoon during the week ,most often via FedX ,I get my order the next day,late afternoon. So close to 24hrs. Happens so often that if it takes two days I wonder what's up.
And I am on an island in the Pacific.

My orders are always in excess of $100.00 so shipping is free.Never duty or Customs fees etc.
FedX may have a better service to Vancouver.
