78 stylus options for Pfanstiehl P-228 cart?

I've recently acquired a bunch of 78s, so I bought a Pfanstiehl 864-DS73 stylus for the Pfanstiehl P-228 cartridge in my turntable. But seeing now how abrasive antique 78s are, combined with the stylus being sapphire, I reckon the stylus will be worn out before I get through all of the discs even once.

Anyone else know if a third party makes a diamond 78 stylus to fit the P-228 cartridge?
