A beautiful Pioneer rack on ebay

Thanks Dean for the heads-up. I would have never seen it the way it was hidden in the corner, and non-specifically titled. If it was Tucson-local I would have seen it, but I'm not watching all Pioneer in the LA area.
Charlie...You live in Torrence? I just got the PL-518 manual. Maybe I can drop off your copy while I'm there, and we can meet up and chew some fat. If Torrence is a fairly nice berg, I'll try to get a hotel there (its gotta take my Italian Mastiff, so that reduces the hotel playing field). I'll be picking up the system Sunday morning and should be done disasssembling, packing, and loading by noon.
To all those AK'rs that could have sniped the heck outa this one...You did not have to refrain. I would not have been devastated if one of you had wanted the system more than me (you would have had to come big, though), but I truly do appreciate that you did refrain. May you all reap the benefits of good Karma.

I'm not very knowledgeable about the local hotels, but the website for the Residence Inn (which is roughly in the middle of the city, and about 2 miles from the beach) says pets are allowed. I think most traditional hotels probably don't.
A few facts about Torrance according to their website: 21 square miles, population of 147,405, is the 4th largest city in LA County and 12th largest in the state, has 1.5 miles of lifeguard-patrolled beach.

Anybody Recognize the KLH Speakers in the Pic?
Anybody recognize the KLH speakers in the pic, and can tell me anything about them? Any good or shall I drop them by Goodwill on the way out of town?
