A Garrard Lab 80 Question

This must be the same type clear block used in the 4hf arm?

I've a few random garrard headshells, but not sure quite what's what.

Mine was cracked and broken, but fit together pretty well. It's an early clear plastic and definitely didn't age very well. I attempted to make a replacement with db25 female pins but that ended up worse than the original.
