AC motor wiring

Patrick
Hello everybody!
I'm building my TT, and I'm a little ignorant about motors wiring.
This is my motor, a 220VAC/50Hz Premotec.
This is my power source, a 220VAC filtered input.

This is the scheme of the wiring for my motor (parallel coils and soldered terminals)
It looks pretty simple, but I'm a beginner and I want to make it right.
Can someone explain to me, in non-electronic words, the scheme?
I have 3 wires from the power input right? L, N and E.
The motor has 4 terminals... how do I do? Is there a capacitor somewhere?
I want to connect a switch too, where is the best place to fit it?

Thanks for your help as always guys!

Must connect motor run capacitor.

Yes thanks! It should be a 0.1 uF capacitor (ceramic or film?) if the charts are right. What about voltage? I need a minimum 250VAC tolerance right?
And I really don't know how to wire it: I have 4 soldered terminals but no colors, and no letters! They have a particular placement though,
the red bars are the terminals, the black bars are plastic dividers:

I I_I_I
Hope you understand, I'll post a picture of the terminals tomorrow eventually!
Thanks for your help!

Think I got it!
Is my scheme right?
Is the Earth ground from my main power input necessary (yellow wire)?
Thanks again guys!
