Man, I should have pounced on the pair I saw 'round these parts for $600 on CL, but I'm happy with my AR3as.

It depends on your perspective of value. The speakers are rare, for sure, which is a considerable part of the price. If you love 'em and they're in great shape, $2K might be something the right person might pay. I'm not that person though.
