Frequently the HK units can lose a channel to the switches. Ecercise them between now and when you get a chance to clean them per the above link.
Check speaker circuit breaker and fuses as mentioned above.
Verify you have both jumpers on the rear panel, then pull them and replace with RCA cable and verify issuing channel. Then swap one side (in or out) and verify missing channel. If the channel changes it is missing in the preamp section. If the bad channel remains the same it is in the power amp.
Did you test b4 purchase? Missing channel, oh well, maybe some work to do.
I just bought another HK330b and the left channel is not working at all. Will this only work for the larger model? (it's all pre-amp I assume?)

Any advice for changing the pointer light? The bulb seems to be wedged into the top portion. I didn’t want to go popping it out until I spoke with you folks. Also the connection point is secured to a binding, using some black adhesive (?) along with another wire. How do I remove it safely? Do I solder it back in place?
