Aerial 10T Value

[hionfi]

We're looking at a pair of Aerial 10T's in nice cosmetic condition, they can be had for $1000. We're seeing prices from $500 - $1500 or more, is the asking price worth paying if we are looking to flip them?

[hionfi]

Is flip a bad word?

Aerial Acoustic 10T's for $1,000?

Heck yeah...that's a good price. How are the tweets, mids and woofers? Speaker input jacks in place and tight? Any probems with the base to tweeter cabinet mounting?

If everything is working properly that's a killer deal. 10T's for less than a grand is someone hurting for money or speakers in compromised condition. Expect the coating on the mid/tweeter modules to be cracking/flaking...it's typical.

Actually they fixed the flaking problem on the "Version 2" 10Ts. If the speakers are the later version and in nice condition, that's a damn good deal. I absolutely love mine and prefer them over a pair of PSB Synchrony Ones I tried. Seriously, if they are nice don't hesitate for one second.
