akai 4000 ds mkii capstan speed sleeve

Hi:
I am looking for an akai 4000 ds mkii speed sleeve that goes over the capstan. Anybody has a spare or know a source that won't break the bank?

Note that the speed changing sleeve should fit the following machines:
Akai GX-365D, 3000D, GX-4000D, GX-4400 / GX-4400D, X-4000D, 4000DB, 4000DS, 4400 'Convert-A-Deck' and Roberts 450 & 990 reel to reel decks and possibly others.

I bought one from Oaktree for my M8 and was pretty happy with the purchase. It creeps a little but I added a little piece of tape to the stub the capstan bushing goes on and that stopped the creep.
