Hello all,
I have one of these with noisy LD3141 that I am in process of fabricating a replacement. There are a number of options including pre-build board that are supposed to be direct replacements. From what I have found, there are two solutions. One uses a pair of transistors and another using the TL072 op amp. I liked the idea of the op-amp which is fully discussed here:
Now, my question is if anyone has implemented this solution and if so, what do you do about pin number 5? There is no mention of it in this at all. The transistor solution does account for pin 5 but leaving it not connected is not making me comfortable. Thoughts on this?
