Allied 495 bulbs

I took my Allied 495 receiver apart to replace the bulbs/lamps... got sidetracked and misplaced them. The signal strength and tuning are the screw in type and the dial lamps are fuse lamps. I remember the dial lamps had a small piece of foil (?) across each one.
Can anyone give me the numbers of these? Thanks.

Holy cow, someone else has one of these!

I believe you'll find the lights in a Pioneer SX-990 to be the same. I don't have the lamp numbers, and my 495 lives at work where I don't feel like incurring the wrath of certain mismanagers by opening it up to check the lamps for you.
 
Thanks! I read that thread you suggested and it jarred my memory. Stanley 8V 15A is for the meter(s) light.
Still working on the fuselamp #.
