Allison Six replacement grills using a 3-D printer ?

Hello all
My two Allison Six speakers grills need to be replaced as they are now falling apart :-(
I was wondering if anyone has ever tried to re-create this type of part using a 3-D printer
Thanks for your feedback on this (perhaps foolish) idea..

One of my next 3D projects. Have a few speaker parts in mind for vintage speakers, including AR3 and Mach One.
