Is there a way to determine if a crossover is bad? That is, if the caps need replacing or something else? Is there a phone app I can use to read output or something? I don’t even know how this would be input or read but I remember in grad school that microphones can be self calibrating... -

Specs for 8" replacement woofer mpw08900913-1 9418 in a pair of Allisons
Hi, I picked up a pair of Allison LC 120s and it turns out the 8" woofers have been replaced with a poly coned, rubber surround unit whose only identifier is mpw08900913-1 9418. The woofer sounds like it is perhaps 3 dB louder than it should be based on using an equalizer. Does anyone know... -
