The price seems more than fair IMO.
I have a lone one in the same shape. Just it has the cracking around the surround edge.
I cant help but wonder if all these original 604 hollywood drivers will eventually crack their surrounds?
At that price I wouldnt be surprised if a eastern flipper doesnt grab it. I sold a big lot of gear to one.
And that ebay listing is from the legend Myostuff LOL. He has been doing his shtick for ages now.

Certainly.
Given enough time the adhesives and cone material itself will break down.
In ideal environmental conditions, we're probably talking about the span of several generations.
Put them in an environment where they are exposed to damp/dry cycles and they will age much faster.
