I just found a set of new foam surrounds for the horn section. I seem to recall someone needing a set. Does anyone recall the thread, or need them?

Interesting. I don't need a set, but way back in the day, the Darsts made some for me as prototypes, and never got around to billing me for them! (I offered several times to pay.) Where did you find yours?

I had a local foam shop make mine, but I never used them. They are exactly like your picture. (I had the original patterns).

Cool! I can't recall now whether there were ever OEM foams included with some 846Bs. (Mine came with crappy fiberglass stuffed into the horn bell sides.)

Yes. I live in Anaheim where they were made, and I bought them new in about 1976. Yep, original one owner.
