Altex Lansing Model?

Doing some bartering on CL and I was offered the altecs pictures in the attached. Can't figure out the model. Thanks for any help from the altex experts out there!

They don't look like Altec Lansing speakers to me unless they are the junk versions that were made when the company was sold to Sparkomatic in 2000. Too new to be good.

model 312 surround speaker, production started circa 1982 and ran into the mid 90's.

Not sparko-altecs. Consider their performance to be between that of a model 7 and model 9.
