AMC Record Player has crazy loud HUMM

No problem I’m happy to have some help and greatly appreciate it. That’s what confused me about R14. It didn’t make any sense and that’s why I stated earlier that I moved the 40mfd to R15 and they all read correctly. But I was still uncertain if I had the right connection’s necessary. I’ll get the pictures in a sec.
 
47mfd (40mfd) positive goes to blue wire coming off of R14, two 47mfd(80mfd) goes to red wire going to R14 and R13, and 22mfd(20mfd) is going to yellow wire to R13 and R11.

This seems correct. Provided all the solder points are good and there are no shorts. :)

Continuity check. Amp unplugged. Caps drained. Using the DC ohms readings of your volt-ohm meter.

Once again, how are you measuring the capacitance? You need to lift one leg of each capacitor in the power supply to measure it. The meter will read the total capacitance, otherwise.

So the resistors that failed on me could have just been bad and everything was hooked up right to begin with? Because I no longer heard a hum but then the resistors started to smoke and boil kind of. I thought I had overloaded them and burnt them up

Did this happen once? Or it's still happening? Smoking resistors = short somewhere in the circuit.

Check all of your solder points very carefully.

Be sure the polarity of those caps you replaced are correct. (+) and (-) sides correctly soldered.
 
Good news! I got the record player to play music! Thank you everybody for the help this far. After I installed everything I plugged it in and it works but now the volume is little to nonexistent on low and kind of quiet and scratching turned up all the way. I have all the knobs maxed out and it might be as loud as my phone on 3/4 volume.
