another 0 feedback seller

Sometimes if you have the constitution for it you can get great deals buying from low feedback sellers or sellers with a few negatives.

A $25 scammer? Even a complete idiot wouldn't go though all that for $25, would they?

well thats a starting bid. I am sure if it wasn't a 0 feedback seller they would go for good money. but with the 0 feedback I don't think they will get bid up much. I just hope someone on here gets them and does local pickup. I hope they get them cheap.

you never know why they have an new account. maybe devorce. if a husbin and wife shared an ebay account maybe it was in the other persons name or something. it could be almost any reason. but i alwasy think it's so so with 0 feedback people. I have sold some items to 0 feedback people some of them never pay and others pay right away. they have to start somewere.

It's just the distription of the listing that makes it sound iffie to me. they got them from the step mother. it makes me wonder did they find them on the local craigslist cheap or maybe good will and are just lieing were they came from. Thats not a big deal but it just seams strange that they knew how to do all that testing with speakers they got from the step mother. I know my mom would be upset if she gave me something and to hear that I sold it.

You can contact him via "contact the seller", and tell that you are hesitant because he has 0 feedback. Ask him to assure you that all is fine.
Seller won't mind. He already knows that his feedback count will raise questions.

 Your percentage will be zero, but the number of positive feedbacks remains the same.

Oh, correct. Brain cramp.

Guys, everybody has zero at least once. Sure, I wouldn't buy something expensive from him, but it looks fine to me. Send him a message, and see if his response is quick, intelligent, and friendly. Tell him you're interested in his item, but the zero fb part is a bit of a concern. See what he says.

That will tell you a lot.

I've never been burned by a '0' feedback seller. The problematic ones usually are the 'power sellers'.

Yup.
The big sellers are too busy and sometimes customer service falls through the cracks when there's a problem.

I have been a power seller a few times then when my sales go down for to long i lose it. Yesterday I had an email saying i was a top rated seller and i save 20% on finale value fees. but the fees are still a killer.

I never really had issues with buyers besides new ones not paying. I had an item get damnaged in shipping and I refunded their money before the ups check came. I still dont know how they damnaged it. Double boxes with lots of packing. when I buy from people I always look at their feedback before I bid.

I did buy some wii controllers from http://stores.ebay.com/GainGame-Outlet and they say nintendo and wii on the wiiremotes but you can tell they are counterfits. They work just fine and for what i paid i can't complain. It was the remote and nunchuck for like 22 dollars free shipping. I bought two of them and the one looks real with the names were they belong and all but when it viberates you can hear it( real ones you cant hear ) and with the nunchuck you move it to the one side for the joy stick and you can see a gap. and the 2nd one i ordered was even a cheaper fake. words were all fuzzy and all.

The speakers look like a legit deal. I have the 6's. The cabinets of the fives remind me of the Deluxe Advents I once owned. Sometimes it's OK to take a chance, and in this case I think I would place a bid if I wanted to get them. If anyone in our crowd does bid and wins them, it would be great if he or she let us know how things turned out.

I'm also wondering about that expensive Marantz stuff that was posted about here a week ago. That one seemed shady.

Don't buy anything big from someone with zero feedback. It's not worth the risk. His explanation may be true, but how about some responsibility in one's life like:

"I better maintain my Ebay account/e-mail account so I can continue my long history of positive feedback."

The seller sounds nuts for just this one fact: not maintaining his account.

Ebay is for serious people and it is now inundated with scams and annoying people who don't know how to buy or sell with a professional attitude. I know I've ranted before, but at this point, I'm seriously considering complaining to Ebay about a whole list of their members. Not that they care, but I hope you are at least amused by me here.

Well you can always hope.

I can only say (from painful experience) that you can also lose an account to divorce. I lost my old one with over 2200 positive feedback. Funny thing is it was purely vindictive. She only buys occasionally on line and in the last 3 years only added about 120 or so.
