Marantz tuner the next piece I get a Tanberg feel to it. Is that a Scott table on top?

Is the tuner perhaps a Marantz 110? I'm looking at Tandberg pieces on google images but nothing I see has the darker color across the dials. And what is the function of the piece below the TT? I'm just getting into audio and am running some yardsale Polk Monitor 4.5s off a 90's-era Sony receiver, so this could be a nice upgrade if it turns out to be quality stuff!

I thought maybe Accuphase as well, but I think there were some Kenwood integrateds that looked like that.

Kenwood KT 405 looks like the likely suspect. Bummer - hoping it was something snazzier.
The tuner certainly does look a 110. Above it looks like a Sony sort of, but all the controls in the black area seems wrong as well as the colour of the meters.
The turntable does not look Technics to me as they didn't use the large badge on the front, but more likely JVC like my QL-A2.
