Any info on Motorola SJ5744-2 transistors available?

I have a tray of these (about 96 each) of these Motorola SJ5744-2 TO3 style transistors and can't find any info on them. Anybody got anything??? Thanks

I believe the "SJ" numbers are customer specials and Motorola never provided specs (except to that particular customer!)

Since you have a boatload of them, you could do some exhaustive to destructive testing to see what the characteristics are... (works as long as it's not an IC. All bets are off with ICs.)

I'm watching paint dry which sounds a lot more fun than burning up tranny's. They went to recycling. Thanks for looking guys.
