Anybody know what these are? Stitched woofers on a bookshelf?

Yes but I haven't seen Energy speakers with rounded cabinet corners like these. Maybe just some off-brand speaker.

Just popped the tweeter out, no brand name on it but it does say DW94 C, 8 Ohm, Made in France, 0477. Apparently an Audax.

Don't know what you have. I merely agreed/said I've seen Energy speakers with sewn woofers.

Aside from being stitched, they do not look like the woofers I recall from the Energy 22 Reference Connoisseur I saw many moons ago.
