Anyone build external L-Pad enclosure?

HI,

That Radio Shack tweeter, is it a piezo, like the very inexpensive Pyramid tw28? Looks identical. I've got a couple lying around.
Any suggestions on cap size if I want to crossover to the external tweeter at about 10k? 15k?

Just beginning to get into this, so forgive me if this is a very basic question.

As for as an L-pad enclosure I'd check out Michael's or Hobby Lobby for their small wooden boxes.
